Dubrovnik will host third regional wine festival, Dubrovnik FestiWine, which will take place April 25 – May 1st, organized Dubrovnik Neretva County and  Dubrovnik Neretva County Development Agency.

Festival's main aim, at the beginning of another successful tourism season, is further repositioning of  Dubrovnik- Neretva wines as a part of the overall tourism offer.

The uniqueness of the event, along with the arrival of numerous reputable wine producers and guests, are indicators that Dubrovnik FestiWine, over the last couple of years, has successfully positioned itself as the leading wine event on the south of Croatia.

As a part of this year's Dubrovnik FestiWine, numerous wine lovers will have an unique opportunity to taste the best wines of the south Croatian region, spend time with some of the leading wine producers and take part in workshops and educational programs. The international jury, consisted of some of the most influential wine experts, enologists, journalists, sommeliers and bloggers that will come to Dubrovnik from all parts of the world, will carefully select the best wines of the Dubrovnik Neretva county. Furthermore, in Mali Ston, as a part of highly interesting event, 'Blind date: in love with Ston oyster', the festival's jury, media representatives and the festival's friends, among twenty white and rose wines, will select the wine that best compliments the Ston oyster, highly admirable local delicacy. At the beginning of another successful tourism season, the Festival is the one of the city's leading events, and many hotels, restaurants and bars take part in it and support it by organizing 'FestiWine friendly' offers for both locals and visitors.
