GALA DINNER “Taste of Dubrovnik spices”

Hotel Rixos Libertas together with their chef Ozgur Donertas, on the last day of this year's Good Food Festival, will host a gala dinner called "Taste of Dubrovnik Spices." Chef Ozgur found inspiration for the menu in the rich selection of aromatic herbs of the Dubrovnik region. Using local herbs and herbs, sea salt from Ston and traditional cooking methods, recipes achieve harmonious flavors that represent the Dubrovnik region. Along with a musical performance of the Taliri Group, the richness of aromas and flavors will be complemented by cocktails specially designed and paired for each dish.
