During this year’s Good Food Festival, the famous Croatian chef Dino Galvagno will uncover how to cook in harmony with nature. This true lover and connoisseur of nature, local cuisine and ingredients will host a workshop as part of the Good Food Festival which will be a sort of prelude to the theme dinner called Dino & Wild Skins. The dinner will take place in restaurant Amfora in Dubrovnik where he will be hosted by the owner and head chef of the restaurant, Kristian Korda, and his team.


Both chefs are adventurers who transfer their lifestyles and understanding of nature to their meals, while at the same time insisting on quality, sustainability, integrity and uniqueness. Therefore, the theme of this dinner will be sustainable fishing and a mariculture, which fits perfectly with their cooking principles.


Come and enjoy this special evening featuring a five-course meal that will be enriched by hand-picked top-quality wine and the guitar sounds of classically trained musician Pero Škobelj.
