Spring gourmet week - full of delicacies

Upon the initiative of the Dubrovnik Tourist Board, sixteen Dubrovnik restaurants have organized the ˝Spring Gourmet Week˝ which will take place from 11 – 17 April, during which special menus prepared with fresh spring ingredients will be offered at an affordable price. Choose something from the rich choice of offerings for yourself, your family, and friends, and make the most of this special April offer.

 

As part of the Spring Gourmet Week and in cooperation with the chefs of the Dubrovnik restaurants Banje Beach Restaurant & Lounge Bar, Oyster & Sushi Bar Bota, Chihuahua Cantina Mexicana, Domino, Eden, Gatsby, Gusta me, Horizont, Kopun, Magellan, Mimoza, Moskar, Nishta, Orsan, Taj Mahal (Old City and Hotel Lero locations), from April 11th to 17th you will be able to taste fresh oysters, various risottos, hearty soups, fresh fish, lamb dishes, broad beans, green peas, black bryony and asparagus, wild greens, and classic and original desserts that will tickle your taste buds.

 

After a delicious spring meal and a glass of good wine, take advantage of the nice spring weather and take a walk along the city’s cobbled streets or one of the seaside walking paths.
