Lazareti – Creative Hub of Dubrovnik and Booksa Book Club have the honour to cordially invite you to join us for a reading & conversation with a distinguished author David Mitchell on Sunday, September 23^rd, 2018 at 8 PM at Lazareti.

Having become the New York Times bestselling author of The Bone Clocks and Cloud Atlas, on multiple occasions shortlisted for the Man Booker Prize for novels Number9Dream, Cloud Atlas and Black Swan Green, as well as having his novel Cloud Atlas made into a film starring Tom Hanks, Halle Berry and Hugh Grant, it is no surprise that David Mitchell is one of the foremost literary stars today.

After visiting The Museum of Contemporary Art Zagreb (September 21^st at 6 PM) and his meeting with fans together with Turkish journalist and author Ece Temelkuran at Booksa Book Club (September 22^nd at 8 PM), Mitchell is looking forward to his first visit to Dubrovnik, where he will discuss the relationship between literature and travel with the most prominent literature promoter in Croatia, Miljenka Buljević, as well as with our dear guests.
